Today my cup felt more full. There were a few times that I felt the waves were swelling against the side of a levee, waiting to take it over. Nothing has gone wrong, it’s been a pleasant day. I made wonderful food throughout the day; French toast for breakfast, tuna salad for lunch, and crack chicken sandwiches for dinner. I also finally finished The Fellowship of the Ring. My workout went well and I want to take this day to be proud of myself for my progress. It is something that is hard for me to do but the more I do the more it pushes me. Today I will focus on my heavy weight chest day.

I got to my goal of using 45s on the incline, next is having over my weight for the bench press.
